Electrical wiring and other utility infrastructure is protected by sturdy tubing, called conduit. Often conduit will be present on the side of your home or utility poles. Always contact us when you see exposed equipment or conduit outside your home or business that you suspect is abnormal or damaged.
Your ONT box is mounted outside your home typically near your electric meter. It is important to have safe and clear access to this area for maintenance by Jackson Energy Authority technicians. Avoid landscaping or fences and remove any overgrowth around your ONT box.
