At EPlus Broadband, we’re committed to supporting our community with public Wi-Fi while taking steps to be sure we all stay safe and healthy. Internet access is now available in the downtown Jackson, TN area with EPlus Jackson Connect Wi-Fi hotspots. The EPlus Jackson Connect project was made possible with a matching grant awarded to Jackson Energy Authority from TNECD to provide a Wi-Fi network in downtown Jackson. To get started, simply connect your Wi-Fi device to the EPlus Jackson Connect network when you are within range of our hotspot locations.

While using EPlus Jackson Connect, please stay in your car if possible or maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet and observe all other CDC, TN Dept. of Health, and City of Jackson guidelines to reduce the possible spread of COVID-19.

Using EPlus Jackson Connect:

Bring your Wi-Fi ready device (laptop, tablet, smart phone, and etc.) with you to the downtown area. Please follow all public-parking guidelines.
Using your device, turn Wi-Fi settings on to search for networks in your area.
Select “EPlus Jackson Connect” and follow the on-screen steps to connect.
