Please be aware that scammers are impersonating EPlus Broadband E-Mail Support by sending messages claiming inboxes are bouncing back with recipient’s important emails — and follows with a prompt to click a link to “recover my emails”.
DO NOT CLICK on the link or reply to the email. It is a SCAM.
Included free with your EPlus Broadband Internet service are 5 email accounts. EPlus.net email powered by Zimbra provides mail, contacts, calendar and more.
Go to www.eplus.net.
Login to your email account with your username and password.
Call 731-422-7500 to setup your account.
If you need assistance with new account activation or account management, call 731-422-7500 to speak to one of our customer service representatives.
Go to https://eplus.myapplicationportal.net/en/welcome and login with your full email address and current password.
Click on wheel on top right of screen to access Account Settings.
Click on Manage settings.
Click on Change Password. Type current password, then type new password and verify new password.
